Exciting panoramic views as you head towards Puenta la Reina. Methodically laid out in front of you are the villages you will pass through - Uterga, Muruzabal and Obanos. At the crossing you will find the “Parque Eolico del Perdon” created in 1996. This is a most delightful picnic spot with cast-iron “cut-out” sculptures of pilgrims on foot and horseback and two donkeys and a dog! The inscription reads, donde se cruza el Camino del viento con el de las estrellas (where the path of the wind crosses that of the stars), a poetic reference to the Camino de Santiago and the Milky Way.

Directions:
Get to the other side of the road following the way marks, which lead to the valley bottom. You now join a track coming from behind on the right and keep straight on (left). Cross a small river with a long line of trees along its banks and walk  uphill into village of Uterga.
